About us
ID STUDIO is an architectural office based in Pula, founded in 2020 by architect Ivana Divšić, as a logical sequel of many years of experience in design, construction and project management both in Croatia and abroad.
Since our beginnings, we have been dealing with projects of various sizes, typologies and purposes.
In our work we nurture an individual approach, striving to create a space that is both comfortable and functional, and in tune with the times in which we live.
In cooperation with our clients, their wishes and needs, through an analytical and creative approach and dedicated work, we come to a quality and comprehensive solution, creating a space of its´ own identity.
We enable clients to actively participate in the creation and realization of their new living/business space.
In interior design projects we participate from conceptual sketch throughout elaboration and execution of the smallest detail.
What are we doing?
We create projects of all phases (conceptual, main and execution project design), do 3D visualizations and cost estimation. We advise investors when choosing contractors, materials and equipment.
We also deal with the legalization of illegally constructed or extended buildings, and the condominium of buildings.
We monitor the course of construction by daily presence on the construction site through site supervision. Through project management, we coordinate all participants, phases and parts of the project and performance. We solve challenges on construction site on a daily basis, setting the goal of quality realization of the idea.
Depending on the size and complexity of the project, we regularly collaborate with experts from other disciplines such as: civil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and lighting designers, modelers, artists, etc.
Our work so far has resulted in numerous quality projects and realizations in which we have participated as designers, design managers, project managers or supervisors.
